Intelligence reports that the enemy has developed a revolutionary new type of bomber. Your mission is to infiltrate the enemy's territory without being detected and spy on a test flight of this new aircraft. You are to rendezvous with the Intrepid off Angel Island in D1 and collect an intelligence agent, then go north-west to the mouth of the Bean River in C2 and proceed up it to the test zone which we believe to be located on the southern bank. Our operative indicates that the optimal position for viewing a test flight is a position directly north of the observation tower and as close to the bank as you can come. You "must not" be detected under any circumstance. Extremely high security has been arranged for the test and a regular fighter will be substituted in place of the experimental craft if the enemy so much as

suspects its security has been penetrated. After observing the test, you must return our agent to the Intrepid on the far side of Angel Island. Finally, return to your moorings.

Attention Captain! Did you realize that everytime you step out of your charted area, there are sea serpants waiting for you? Well, such horrid traps were constructed by a very dangerous man by the name of David Greenwood. We captured a man working for Greenwood and found out that somewhere on the mysterious Greenwood Island there's a teleporter which takes you into Greenwood's hideout. If you do destroy the island and go to where it was located, you will get teleported to Greenwood's hideout known as GMA inc. Be warned that the island is well protected and lots of unusual things can occur in that area. To help you out, there are several supply ships outside the area. If you get there, we will give you further information.

Urgent! We have received information from our intelligence agent, that the enemy is planning an attack on our naval HQ in A5. The enemy has blockaded our naval base in A5, we are quite certain this is a preparation for the rumoured attack. You as the most able sub-captain and navigator must slip out past the enemy blockade, enter the enemy naval base in e2, pick up our agent from the rubber boat east of Shipyard point, you will know that the agent is on board when the rubber boat moves off, sink the Stone Fish, a new silent submarine which is planned to spearhead the attack against our naval base. Finally, you must return to your mooring in A5 in order for us to use the information from our agent to turn the tables on the enemy. The enemy has constructed two docks in its harbour in B2. We are also concerned about two destroyers on patrol in C3 and C4. Your mission is to sink these two vessels and to destroy the docks. You are then to return to the flagship Intrepid to report to the Admiral. The intrepid will then accompany you to your new submarine base, where you will moor up. The enemy harbour is reached via a winding channel bounded on the west and north by sands and on the south and east by land. This channel is entered through a gap running due north/south between the East and West Sand. Once through the gap, make for the Middle Sand, and then for the Sandy Hook. The gap and channel are heavily defended, and the inner harbour may be mined. But the gap is just passable below periscope depth. We have no supply ship in the area, but you may find supplies in the enemy harbour. You are currently moored against the intrepid, so mind the Admiral's paintwork as you leave.
